Buffer – For sharing your content at optimal times to get the highest possible viewership

Sprout Social / Hootsuite / TweetDeck – Scheduling. For your sanity!

Feedly Flipboard – For managing your reading material

Google Analytics – For checking the amount of traffic driven to your blog/site from various social networks and using that information to prioritize your efforts

Statigram – For viewing Instagram on the web and digging into rich analytics

IFTTT – For triggering automatic actions between any combination of their 78 social media channels
