The Social Lights, located in NE Minneapolis near 6th Avenue and 9th Street provides social media marketing communications services to organizations to assist them in product promotions, social campaigns, training and community management services.
We are seeking a qualified part time (15-20 hours) professional executive assistant to help the organization with a variety of administrative duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, managing meeting arrangements and schedules, mail and package delivery, payroll assistance, filing, and light research. Schedule may be flexible based on individual and organization needs.
A High School or GED is required, working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is required. Knowledge of Gmail, Google Apps and marketing is preferred.
