Kimberly majored in Nutrition and Food Science at the University of Minnesota. Her background helps her understand the food system from industry to consumer, and she applies that unique knowledge to create content that resonates with food brands.
When she isn’t spending countless hours in Minneapolis coffee shops, you can find her shopping at thrift stores or biking around Lake Calhoun.
