Last week our full team got together to celebrate our work and key accomplishments from Q1 and look ahead to what’s to come in Q2 and beyond. Fresh off the heels of the above podcast, we enjoyed a special lunch catered by James Beard Finalist Yia Vang’s Union Hmong Kitchen as well as a fireside chat with the chef himself. We spent time sharing our 2022 goals in small groups and ended the day with a training session on ownership and accountability.
