We’re Hiring a Field Specialist!
As a field specialist at our agency, you will learn how to leverage social media for business while focusing on the field of your choice. From Fashion to Entertainment to Hospitality, The Social Lights offer Field Specialist positions to train high potential individuals into social media strategies and tools to use for business.
Field Specialists join The Social Lights team for 3 -12 months. After the ‘internship’ period, opportunities to become part-time or full-time members of The Social Lights team will be made available to qualified candidates (if not sooner for college grads).
So what are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated, creative, responsible and entrepreneurial individual. The Field Specialist will assist with our creative campaigns utilizing numerous social media platforms to manage and monitor community engagement for our clients.
Field Specialists will:
-Assist with developing an editorial calendar
-Assist with social media monitoring and clipping
-Assist with event planning and promotion
-Brainstorm and execute online contests, giveaways and promotions
-Brand social media platforms to match our clients
-Gain experience working in a dynamic, high energy environment!
