Who doesn’t love the Minnesota State Fair? The Social Lights® sure do! And we’re proud to work with clients who participate in the Great Minnesota Get Together each year. Be sure to check out O’Gara’s at the Fair, as well as the Green Mill Pizza Cruiser – and wash it all down with a cold FINNEGANS, served at several locations on the fairgrounds.
O’Gara’s Bar and Grill set up shop at the corner of Dan Patch and Cosgrove in 2002 and since has become a State Fair favorite. Guests enjoy an authentic Irish setting inside and out – with traditional décor inside along with the ultimate people-watching spot, the “Paddy-o.”
Rich with Irish history, O’Gara’s serves up traditional eats like the Reuben, Corned Beef and Cabbage, and Fish ‘n Chips. But the real winners this year are the new items: Stuck Pig (pork belly) Sliders and Deep Fried Bread Pudding. Thanks to the many foodies and reviewers out there who have reviewed these newbies, O’Gara’s new menu items have been dubbed a big hit!

In our research, we’ve found that great food pairs well with delicious, cold beer. That’s where FINNEGANS comes in! Being featured at several locations around the fair, FINNEGANS has quickly become a favorite refresher for these hot summer days.

And in case you didn’t know, FINNEGANS is a good beer for a good cause, as it’s “the first beer in the world to give back to the community.” All proceeds that land in the FINNEGANS Community Fund are distributed to non-profit partners, therefore helping end hunger everywhere the beer is distributed.

Lastly, Green Mill has been serving up the goods from the Pizza Cruiser on Randall and Cooper. Serving up the classics, along with some new menu items, Green Mill is the go-to place for all things pizza and lots of things on a stick. Menu items include Cheeseburger Sticks, Footlong Pizza on a Stick, traditional pizza slices, family meal deals, and the newest addition to the Green Mill at the Fair family: Burrito Sticks.
