It’s October already and social media seems to be changing faster than the leaves lately! Along with a different newsfeed, Facebook has introduced a whole new concept named Facebook Timeline. But before businesses get too spooked by all the new changes, remember we have your back here at The Social Lights. Read more about our thoughts on the monumental Facebook changes (not all bad!) on our blog. October 6th marks the first month anniversary of our talented intern Darren to the team. We don’t know what we ever did without him! Learn more about this social lad down below. Additionally, we launched some new fall events for our clients. We kicked off our second season of Thursdays at Tiff’s with Tiffany Sports Lounge. For this campaign, we developed an exclusive deal promotion, The Mug Club, for college students on Thursday nights. We also ran a social media campaign for Pritchard Family Auto Stores’ Fall Tent Event. This included a Social Scavenger Hunt on their revamped Facebook Page and a digital invitation sent to customers for the event.
October will be a busy time at The Social Lights. To start things off, the Twin Cities Martha-thon was a success! Our very own Martha McCarthy finished in fantastic form.
